DMCA Copyright Policy

The Ambition Atelier respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of this site to do the same. It is our policy to respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we may remove or disable access to content that is claimed to be infringing. Where appropriate, we may also terminate repeat infringers. We document all copyright notices on which we act.

This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the law or our practices. Please review it periodically to ensure you are viewing the most current version.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that material available on theambitionatelier.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notification. Please note that you may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, if you knowingly materially misrepresent that content is infringing. If you are unsure whether content infringes your copyright, you should consult an attorney.

Your written notice must include substantially all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved

  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it on the site

  4. Contact information for the complaining party, including name, address, telephone number, and email address

  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law

  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf

Counter Notification

If you believe that content you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification in accordance with sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA. Upon receipt of a valid counter notification, we may restore the removed material unless the original complainant files a court action.

Your counter notification must include substantially all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature

  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification

  4. Your name, address, and telephone number

  5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, the jurisdiction where The Ambition Atelier operates, and that you will accept service of process from the original complaining party

Counter notifications should be sent to the same DMCA contact listed above.

Repeat Infringers

The Ambition Atelier may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, terminate access for users or contributors who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyrighted material.
