Sound, Battery, and Fitness Apparently audio quality is fuller and more refined than previous versions. 9to5Mac praised the “tighter soundstage,” and while I cannot compare to earlier models, I agree with the richness of sound provided by the AirPods Pro 3. Battery life reaches about eight hours with ANC, which easily covers a long workday abroad. The built-in heart-rate sensor was another interesting surprise and eliminates the need for a separate fitness wearable. True to Apple’s Style Not everything is flawless. True to Apple’s style, repairability is practically nonexistent . Once the battery begins to degrade, replacement is really the only option. And I’m also not particularly thrilled about the additional Bluetooth/EMF exposure. But, as with life, I try to keep it in perspective. Between airport security scanners, Wi-Fi networks, and hours spent in front of screens, this feels like a small trade-off for the convenience these provide.
